These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KrishikONE™ mobile application, website, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).

KrishikONE™ is owned and operated by CLAFR AGRI INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mysuru, Karnataka, India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue using the Platform.

To use KrishikONE, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Users under the age of 18 may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

KrishikONE is a digital agricultural marketplace that enables users to:

• Sell agricultural products

• Rent or lease agricultural equipment and farmland

• Discover agricultural services

• Connect with buyers, sellers, and service providers

• Access agriculture-related information and updates

KrishikONE acts solely as a technology platform facilitating interactions between users. Unless expressly stated, KrishikONE is not a buyer, seller, broker, dealer, transporter, warehouse operator, financial institution, or agent for any transaction conducted through the Platform.

4. User Accounts

Certain features require you to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.

• Keep your account details updated.

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Be responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.

• Own or have the legal right to advertise listed products or services.

• Comply with all applicable laws.

• Respect intellectual property rights.

• Conduct transactions honestly and responsibly.

• Verify buyers, sellers, and products before completing any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake or misleading accounts.

• Publish false or fraudulent listings.

• Upload illegal, offensive, or obscene content.

• Sell prohibited, counterfeit, or unlawful products.

• Infringe intellectual property rights.

• Upload malicious software or harmful code.

• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform.

• Interfere with Platform security.

• Collect personal information without consent.

• Engage in spam, scams, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

KrishikONE reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

By submitting content, you grant KrishikONE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use such content solely for operating, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish the content.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property relating to KrishikONE™, including its name, logo, branding,software, website, mobile application, graphics, designs, databases, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by or licensed to KrishikONE and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

10. Artificial Intelligence

KrishikONE may introduce Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered features to improve recommendations, search, and user experience.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional agricultural, financial, legal, or medical advice.

Users should independently verify information before relying upon it.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:

• Payment gateways

• Maps

• Logistics providers

• Government portals

• Analytics services

• Cloud services

KrishikONE is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their policies.

12. Payments

KrishikONE is currently available free of charge.

If paid services, subscriptions, advertising packages, or premium features are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by the KrishikONE Privacy Policy.

By using KrishikONE, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Suspension and Termination

KrishikONE may suspend, restrict, or terminate any account without prior notice if a user:

• Violates these Terms.

• Publishes prohibited content.

• Engages in fraud or illegal activities.

• Misuses the Platform.

• Violates applicable laws.

15. Disclaimer

KrishikONE provides only a technology platform that connects users.

We do not verify every listing, user, product, service, image, or claim published on the Platform.

Users are solely responsible for verifying information and exercising due diligence before entering into any transaction.

KrishikONE does not guarantee:

• Product quality

• Ownership

• Delivery

• Payment completion

• Pricing accuracy

• Availability

• Suitability

• Performance of products or services

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KrishikONE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Transactions between users

• Incorrect listings

• Fraud by third parties

• Loss of profits

• Business interruption

• Data loss

• Unauthorized access

• Technical failures

• Use or inability to use the Platform

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KrishikONE, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform.

• Your breach of these Terms.

• Your violation of applicable laws.

• Your infringement of third-party rights.

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Subject to applicable law, the courts of Karnataka shall have jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

KrishikONE may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform together with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
